About
Lams Kitchen is a proudly Ghanaian food brand dedicated to fresh, wholesome, homemade goodness. Founded in 2018, our journey began with a simple passion for creating delicious meals and sharing the joy of good food with families, students, and busy professionals. Over the years, this passion has grown into a trusted brand known for quality, creativity, and authenticity. At Lams Kitchen, we believe food should not only taste good — it should also be made with care. That belief is at the heart of everything we do.

Meet Lams — Founder of Lams Kitchen & Lams Yogurt
Hi, my name is Naa Lamiley Mills, but everyone calls me Lams. I’m a proud mom of two, an Admin Officer, and an entrepreneur with a passion for creating fresh, wholesome, homemade food. Last year, I completed my Master’s degree in Management and Human Resource Strategy, just a few months before welcoming my second baby. To prioritise my children, I took a year off work. What I didn’t expect was that this time at home would open the door to a beautiful new chapter. During my break, I mastered and perfected the art of yoghurt making. What began as a nutritious snack for my kids quickly grew into something bigger. Family, friends, and even strangers started requesting the yoghurt. Soon, Lams Yoghurt was born. Along the way, I discovered another love — baking banana bread and cookies — which have now become part of the Lams Kitchen product range. Just a few weeks ago, I hit a major milestone:
I officially submitted my FDA certification application for my yoghurt products.
This moment reminded me that with persistence, faith, and the right support, growth is always possible. My next goal? 🚀
To acquire a mobile food cart/food truck, expand distribution, and eventually get Lams Yoghurt on supermarket shelves across Ghana. I’m building something meaningful — not just a business, but a legacy for my children. If you believe in this dream and would love to be part of the journey, you can reach me at: info@lamskitchengh.com
